The youth section parents and kids will be packing bags in Tesco, Roselawn Shopping Centre today and tomorrow.

Please drop down and show them your support as they kick off their fund raising activity for the year.

Club Clean Up Day on March 21st

The club needs volunteers for the clean up on 21st March please. The work will start at 1 p.m.

Some of the jobs that need doing including;

  • Manhandling of old beds, washing machine etc into the skip
  • Clearing out room/sorting gear beside kitchen
  • Cleaning kitchen
  • Cleaning fridge
  • Washing of windows inside and out
  • Cleaning toilets
  • Replace spotlights in bar

Annual 5K Challenge

The Phoenix 5K Run/Walk will start in Phoenix Cricket Club on Saturday 24th April 2010 @ 12 noon.

After the run, there will be a BBQ @ 1pm followed by Twilight Cricket @ 2pm.

This event is an integral part of our fundraising activity for 2010. In recent years it raised a significant amount due to the support throughout the whole club. The Club needs this support again in 2010.

Social Night – Saturday March 27th

The first event of the new fund-raising committee is a Social Night to launch the season.

Please come along with as many people as you can and support the night.

There will be buffet food, DJ and great craic to start the 2010 season.

Tickets are €10 per person, the night starts 8 p.m. and you can pay at the door.
