Senior Registration Day/Waringstown Friendly – April 21st

This year will see the clubs first ever Senior Registration Day take place on April 21st. There purpose of the registration day is manifold but it promises to be a good day out for all if the weather holds up. Phoenix will entertain reigning Bob Kerr Irish Senior Cup Champions, Waringstown, in a 50 over friendly that will begin at 1pm.

One of the purposes of the Senior Registration Day is to get all our members to return their 2012 membership forms to the club, ideally to our Membership Secretary, so we can keep the information on our contacts database right up to date. Regardless of whether you are a new member to Phoenix or if you have played for the last twenty seasons you will still be required to fully complete a membership form for this coming season.

After the game there will be drinks and refreshments in the clubhouse so it will offer our newer members to get to know their new teammates while it will also offer a chance for our current members to catch up with each other before the start of the coming season. It promises to be the first of many good social events in the club this season.

The match will also provide our First XI with a good chance to tune up their skills ahead of their Bob Kerr Irish Senior Cup clash with Rush the following week.

We hope to see you all there!
