Phoenix Cricket Club is planning for a bright future led by its focus on youth participation and development in the coming years.
This new role is a huge opportunity for someone interested in developing the coaching career with an established Club over the medium term. The planned contract will be for 3 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a co-ordinated programme of year round cricket activity and to provide quality coaching in a safe, friendly and professional environment for participants.
Planned start will be early October 2023. The main focus of the role is to:
Drive the participation of girls and boys by organised and scheduled school engagement in the locality, and
Further the development of children in the Club through organised training, practice and development sessions.
